UpcoMinds CEO speaks at high-level panel on EU Funded Projects and PM² Methodology

We are pleased to share that Kostas Flokos, CEO of UpcoMinds participated in a high-level panel discussion at a recent event organized by the Hellenic American Union for EU Funded Projects with PM² on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

The event brought together EU project experts, coordinators, and policy stakeholders to explore challenges and opportunities in managing complex EU-funded initiatives. It focused on advancing project excellence through the practical use of the PM² methodology, the official project management framework of the European Commission.

During the panel, our CEO highlighted the significance of structured project initiation, orchestrated stakeholder communication, and effective templates management as essential pillars for delivering results in line with EU standards.
