Strengthening Public Sector IT Support: UpcoMinds advances its engagement in Cyprus

UpcoMinds is proud to support the digital infrastructure of the Republic of Cyprus through an awarded contract with the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy. This collaboration marks an important milestone in the company’s efforts to contribute to the evolving needs of public administration.

Following a competitive tendering process, UpcoMinds signed a 12-month agreement, effective February 2025, to provide Technical Support services across various Ministries, Departments, and Public Service entities. The contract includes provisions for annual renewal for up to two additional years.

To ensure seamless service delivery, a team of 25 experienced technicians has already been assigned and mobilized. These professionals are now actively supporting key public sector operations, offering responsive and reliable technical expertise where it’s most needed.
