UpcoMinds awarded long-term digital security project in Cyprus
In May 2025, UpcoMinds signed a contract with the Digital Security Authority of the Republic of Cyprus, marking another achievement in the company’s public sector portfolio.
As the selected contractor following a procurement process, UpcoMinds will lead the analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing support of an integrated Information System dedicated to the management of key and important entities. The project spans a 74-month timeline and is part of the Authority’s broader mission to enhance digital security oversight and resilience nationwide.
The engagement reflects the Authority’s commitment to strengthening national cybersecurity capabilities and signals trust in UpcoMinds’ technical proficiency and delivery approach.
“This project represents an important opportunity to contribute to the country’s digital infrastructure,” said Kostas Flokos, CEO at UpcoMinds. “We are proud to collaborate on an initiative that supports national security objectives through technology.”
With this agreement, UpcoMinds continues to expand its role in complex, mission-driven digital transformation programs across the public sector.
